Replacement or Refund

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not, please let us know within 30 days of purchase.

If a sample is not of an acceptable standard, or does not meet the specifications in your order, we will request that you return the sample, and we will inspect, test, or analyse it as appropriate. We may also ask you to send images to help us with this.

It’s important that any returned samples, unless faulty, are returned in a re-saleable condition. We’d expect this to mean that you’ve kept all original packaging and labels, and that it’s undamaged and unused.

If a sample is found to be defective, we will replace it at our cost including delivery costs. If for any reason we are unable to replace defective samples within a reasonable time, you will be able to cancel the order and obtain a full refund or credit any payment made. We might ask you to dispose of defective samples, and we will ask you to do this in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations regarding disposal of the Materials.

Products we’re unable to cancel, refund or exchange

We can’t offer refunds or exchanges, unless faulty or not as described, on the following items:

Samples which have been personalised for you, such as slides cut to order.

Where a sample has been prospectively collected for you to your specifications, unless faulty, we’re unable to refund or offer an exchange. You can cancel your order at any time but we would ask you to accept the samples collected so far as part of the order.
